Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to ensure your experience with Tiffany Custom Jewelry is one that you will want to repeat and share with your friends. Part of our commitment to you is to respect and protect the privacy of the personal information you provide to us.

 

For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those customers who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the customers, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual customer and used by us to contact customers for marketing purposes.

Tiffany Custom Jewelry does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems. Product availability and pricing


If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, email us at customer@tiffanycustomsjewelry.com and we can email you back when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site.

 

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Custom Jewelry


We can custom alter our jewelry. You may combine your choice of settings and certified diamonds, gemstones to create a unique ring, pendent, bracelet or pair of earrings, etc.

 

Payment methods

All our charges are in US dollars. For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment through: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal.


A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.

 

Sales Tax

 

Local tax, 6% of items total will be added to your jewelry order.

 

Shipments are insured


We fully insure each jewelry order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required  at your receiving for all Tiffany Custom Jewelry orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with USPS.

 

Sale and price reduction


At Tiffany Custom Jewelry, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. All our prices are final.

 

Return policy

 

To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer our 30-days return policy that gives you plenty of time to consider your purchased jewelry.  The quality of Jewelry is most important to our business. We make sure quality check every time before shipping to you. Thus, purchased jewelry is accepted for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of shipment and must be in original condition, not being worn. Our shipping cost is not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost.

Once we receive your returned jewelry item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the jewelry item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than us), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Jewelry information on our website


We make every attempt to ensure that our jewelry catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some jewelry in  the website pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size, and because every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

 

Also, in order to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item, for any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length in the product description is taken by us.

 

For each jewelry item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight.
